Update for Fall 2010
Lodging with electricity and indoor plumbing will be available for the self guided hunter at the primitive site of over 1,100 acres. The Whippoorwill Log Cabin still availabe for the more rustic hunt experience.

3/10/2009:
Rifles Now Approved in Halifax County Virginia
The use of rifles in now approved for the General Firearms Season, some restrictions apply. Hunting must be from an elevated stand, and a set back of 100 yards from property line.

Barry Ward Wins Drawing
Once again the Canadian's luck holds and Barry will join us this year for the Spring Gobbler drawing. Thanks to all of the hunters who helped with our Deer Management Program by harvesting the does.

Ready to Hunt?
Cool weather is just around the corner. It is time to break out the bows and camo. Game plots are growing well with the help of some timely rain. We are all looking forward to hunting with old friends and makeing some new ones this season.
